An evening with a twist. The Setting – The Peregrine Suite at the Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort in the heart of stunning Speyside. The Fare – the best of Highland sourced produce, prepared by the resort's top chefs under the direction of Tony Jackson, Chair of the Scottish Federation of Chefs, and Manager of the Scottish Culinary Team. The Music – provided by the scintillating ceilidh band, Box o Bananas. The Twist – provided by Scotland's king of chat – Fred Macaulay, delving into the psyche of one of the UK's top Chefs who also starred in Hell's Kitchen earlier this year, the charismatic and creative Jean-Christophe Novelli. And to keep the female perspective in the deliberations of the exciting world of food and drink, Scotland's leading culinary author and Scotland on Sunday food writer – Sue Lawrence.
